Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use our website, partner portal and Print API, or place an order with iPress Printing.

Last updated 17 September 2026 · Privacy Policy

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the iPress Printing website (ipressprinting.com.au), the partner portal, our Print API, or place an order with us. “iPress”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean iPress Pty Ltd. “You” means the business, and the person acting for it, that uses our services.

By using the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

If you have a partner account, you have also accepted our Fulfilment Services Agreement. If the agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement applies.

We may update these terms from time to time by publishing a new version on this page. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Our services are for businesses. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register.

  • Give us true, accurate and current details, including your company name, ABN or tax number and billing contact, and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password and API credentials confidential. You are responsible for all orders placed with your credentials, so tell us straight away if you think they have been compromised, and rotate them in the portal.
  • We may refuse an application, or suspend or close an account, if details are inaccurate, payments fail, or these terms are breached.

3. Using the website, portal and API

You may use the website, portal and API only to evaluate, set up and run your print and fulfilment work with us. You must not:

  • share your credentials with anyone other than your own staff and contractors working on your integration;
  • attempt to access another partner’s data, probe or disrupt our systems, or send traffic designed to overload them;
  • copy, reverse engineer or resell the portal, the API or our pricing, except as needed to run your own business with us;
  • upload viruses or harmful code, or use our services for anything unlawful.

Sandbox orders are for testing only. They are validated but never produced or billed.

We aim to keep the API stable and will give reasonable notice of changes that affect existing integrations. We do not guarantee that the website, portal or API will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may carry out maintenance when needed.

4. Orders

Our production is automated, so an order may move into production as soon as we receive it. An order is accepted when it is received by our systems without an error.

  • Check every order before you submit it. We produce what you send, including its files, quantities, options and delivery address.
  • Changes or cancellations are possible only until production starts. Orders cancelled after printing has started may attract a cancellation fee, as shown in your account.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, and refund any amount paid for it, if it contains errors, unsuitable content, or products we cannot produce.

5. Your content and artwork

You are solely responsible for the files, images, text and designs you supply (“Content”). You warrant that you own or have permission to use all Content and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break any law.

We will not print Content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or that we reasonably believe infringes third-party rights. We are not obliged to review Content, and printing it does not mean we approve of it.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to download, store, copy, modify and print your Content only as needed to produce, deliver, reprint and support your orders. You keep ownership of your Content.

You indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from your Content, including claims of copyright or trade mark infringement.

6. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST is added to orders delivered in Australia.
  • Your prices are shown in the portal and depend on your price list. We may change prices by updating them in the portal; changes apply to orders received after they take effect.
  • Shipping is charged separately, based on the carrier, service, weight and destination.
  • Unless other terms are agreed in writing, you pay by card saved through our payment provider, Stripe. We issue a tax invoice for each billing period and charge your card automatically.
  • If a payment fails, we may pause new orders until the balance is paid. Orders already in production are still charged.
  • Import duties, taxes and customs charges for overseas deliveries are the responsibility of you or your customer.

7. Production and quality

Products are made to the specification you order. Normal industry variation in colour, density, alignment, trimming and binding is not a defect.

Printed colour will not match every screen, because monitors differ in brightness, contrast and calibration. Low-resolution images, image noise, and cropping or layout chosen in your files will show in the finished product.

If a specified material is unavailable, we may substitute a material of equal or better quality. Where the change is significant, we will let you know first.

8. Delivery

We dispatch orders through reputable carriers, including Australia Post, and may change carriers without notice. Orders are shipped blind, with no iPress branding, or with your company name as the sender if you ask.

Production and delivery times are estimates. We use our best endeavours to meet them, but they are not guaranteed, particularly during peak periods, and delays do not entitle you to cancel or to a refund.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, or for loss or damage caused by the carrier once a parcel has been dispatched. We will help you lodge a claim with the carrier where possible. Parcels may be left without a signature unless you order a signature service.

You may collect orders from our facility in Reservoir by arrangement.

9. Faults and reprints

Please check orders on arrival. If a product is faulty because of our workmanship, or does not match what was ordered:

  • tell us within 7 days of delivery, with the order number, a description and clear photos;
  • keep the product and its packaging, and return it if we ask;
  • we will assess the claim and, if the fault is ours, reprint and reship the item at our cost, usually by standard delivery.

We do not reprint or refund for issues caused by the supplied Content (such as spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, layout or colour chosen in the files), for changes of mind, or for incorrect addresses. Accepting a return is not an admission of fault.

10. Intellectual property

The website, portal, API, documentation, software and the iPress name and logos belong to us or our licensors and are protected by Australian and international law. You may not copy or use them without our written consent, except as these terms allow.

Our production methods, templates, colour profiles and systems remain ours. Your Content, brand and designs remain yours.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, all other warranties are excluded, and our liability for any failure is limited, at our option, to resupplying or reprinting the goods or services, or paying the cost of doing so.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, however it arises.

You indemnify us against any loss, cost or claim arising from your breach of these terms or your use of our services.

12. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, power or equipment failure, industrial action, material shortages, carrier disruption, cyber attacks, war or government action. Delivery times are extended for as long as the event continues.

13. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are breached, payments are not made, or we stop offering a service. Amounts owing for work already produced remain payable. Clauses on Content, intellectual property, liability and indemnities continue after an account is closed.

14. Third-party links and services

Our website may link to other websites, and our services rely on third parties such as payment providers and carriers. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

15. General

  • These terms, our Privacy Policy, any Fulfilment Services Agreement and your orders are the whole agreement between us about their subject matter.
  • If any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the rest continues to apply.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not waived it.
  • Notices and communications may be given electronically.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
